Where do you ship to?

We ship exclusively within South Africa.

How do you ship your artwork?

We use PostNet-to-PostNet shipping. When placing your order, please let us know which PostNet branch you would like your parcel delivered to. You can find your nearest PostNet branch at www.postnet.co.za.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs R109.00 per order, depending of the size of your purchase.

How long does delivery take?

Once your order has been placed, we will ship your parcel within 24 hours. Delivery to your chosen PostNet branch typically takes between 2 and 4 business days.

Artwork & Authenticity

Are the artworks original?

Yes, every artwork sold on zazone is a one-of-a-kind original. No prints or reproductions are sold.

Do the artworks come with a certificate of authenticity?

Absolutely. Every artwork purchased from zazone is accompanied by a signed certificate of authenticity, confirming it as an original work by the artist.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

What if my artwork arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging our artwork, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payments via PayFast, which supports major credit and debit cards as well as EFT payments. Payment options will be available at checkout.
